Bhatkal: A lady from Nastar, Bhatkal who has been admitted in general ward at Yenepoya Medical College Hospital, Mangaluru is in dire need of financial help for her medical expenses. 

60-year old Mrs. Bi Bi Ayesha was initially suffering from jaundice and then cancer and her children have spent every ounce of money, including selling their jewellery for paying the medical fees and now are requesting to help them. 

Sahilonline has contacted the manager of the hospital Mr.Praveen regarding her health. Mr.Praveen stated that the medical charges have exceeded over 2 lakh rupees and her family members have deposited only the minimum amount. Hospital has tried to help them in many ways which cost upto 4.5 lakhs but the treatment and medicines will exceed more than 3 lakhs, he added.
