The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Tuesday confirmed that the 'mahagathbandhan' (grand alliance) in Bihar will continue, asserting that it is 'unbreakable'.
RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh said that the grand alliance between his party and Janata Dal (United) is unbreakable.
Singh's statement came at a time when there is report of crack between the RJD-JDU ties.

The opposition has picked former IAS officer and former Governor of West Bengal Gopal Krishna Gandhi as its candidate for the post of vice president.
Gopal Gandhi served as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from 1968-1992.
Gandhi was also the Secretary to the then Vice President Ramaswamy Venkataraman from 1985 to 1987, Joint Secretary to President Venkataraman from 1987 to 1992

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah today directed the police to arrest those disrupting communal harmony in the sensitive Dakshina Kannada district and crack down on organisations disturbing peace.
