    The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday approved setting up of National Commission for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (NSEBC) as a Constitutional body. The Union Cabinet has approved setting up of a NSEBC by making amendment to the Constitution, mainly by insertion of Article 338B. The Bill will be introduced in the Parliament.

    A watchman has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a six-year-old schoolgirl in HAL area here, a police official said. "We have arrested a watchman, employed at a building in which the girl and her family stayed, for the March 20 incident," HAL Inspector Sadiq Pasha said. He said the man, Rajendra, was arrested the next day.
