Bhatkal: A theft case was reported for the second time at Hadi Mastimane temple where the thieves broke open the temple door and fled away with the donation box. This incident came to light on Friday morning. 

According to the sources, an estimated amount in the donation box was  upto 10,000rs. CCTV images reveal that the thieves broke from the left side of the temple door.

Additional SP Devraj and SI Manjappa reached the spot with their teams and started their investigation. 

A case has been registered by Mohan Mahdev Devadiga Neerkant at Bhatkal rural police station.

Previously, a theft case was reported at the same temple on 29th April where 5 lakh rupees were stolen.
