Siddapur: The names of the candidates who will be representing the JD(S) in Vidhana Sabha elections from Sirsi-Siddapur and Yellapur were announced by state president H D Kumarswamy.

Shashi Bhushan Hegde from Siddapur and Ravindranth Naik from Yellapur are the selected candidates.

Addressing at the party meeting held at Shankar Mutt Hall in Siddapur, HD Kumarswamy said, it is the responsibility of the party workers to work for the development of the party and make it stronger.

He further added, “Even the public feels a sense of security regarding our party and it has got rid of all of the previous complications present in the party”.

Only eligible candidates will be selected to represent JD(S) in the forthcoming elections. As a start, we have announced Shashi Bhushan Hegde and Ravindranth Naik as our representatives.
