Mangaluru: "The central government led GST tax policy is nothing other than a political game. Initially, the Prime Minister should clear all the confusions hanging among the people with regard to the benefits in GST tax policy. It's one among the Modi's trick to fool people", alleged Karnataka state cabinet minister UT Khader.
He was speaking during the press conference held here at circuit house. He said that previously, the UPA government too had come forward with various plans for the benefits of people, but it was so capable that it hadn't needed to call any of the parliament session in the midnight. The GST advertising is just to fool people. The central government is least bothered with the problems of farmers.
He further added saying, "One country, One tax is just limited uptill the speeches. Due to self-wrong economic policy, the govt is exploiting the people. Modi once had opposed this GST policy in 2006, when UPA government had come forward with implementing it"
In a press conference President of Mangaluru taluka panchayat Muhammad Manvi, member Abdul-Jabbar Baulyar, party leaders Shrinivas Shetty, UB Saleem, Mustafa Mullar amongst others were present.
