Kundapur: BJP Yuwa morcha holds Torch parade demanding ban of PFI and KFD

Kundapur: A huge torch parade was held by the BJP Yuva Morcha to protest demanding the arrest of murderers in Sharath Madiwala murder case, placing ban on KFD and PFI, and demanding resignation by minister Ramanath Rai, on 22nd August, Tuesday.

Speaking at the programme, vice president of Udupi district unit of BJP, Baikady Suprasad Shetty said, “PFI (Popular Front of India) and KFD (Karnataka Forum of Dignity) must be banned immediately as they have played a role in the recent murders of Hindu activists in Karnataka.”

“These organizations are spreading an environment of fear and apprehension in the society representing demon Kamsa and to vanquish them, the Hindu activists will incarnate in the form of Lord Krishna”, he further added.

He also urged that Ramanath Rai must step down as the minister for having spread confusion in the state. This party will continue its fight till PFI and KFD organizations are banned.

The mega torch parade was initiated by veteran BJP leader, Mohandas Shenoy. Bhaskar Billawa presented the programme.

MLC Kota Srinivas Poojary, BJP president of local block Kadur Suresh Shetty, taluk Yuva Morcha president Kalava Satish Poojary, General Secretary Shankar Ankadakatte, Zilla Panchayat member Laxmi Manju Billava, taluk panchayat president Jayashree Mogaveera, Mahila Morcha president Janaki Billava and Ganapati Shriyan of district BJP unit were present during the parade.
