Karwar: Kanyakumari based young man, Nigin Binish, who started country wise walkathon, to create awareness on wastage of food, reached the City, on Monday night, and left the City on Tuesday morning, towards Goa.

Nigin, started the walkathon from Coimbatore on August 24. Carring with a backpack, cell phone and National Flag, he is visiting schools, colleges and churches, to create awareness among people about the importance of food. He reached Karwar after traveling 700 km though Kerala and Puducherry, and used to walk 23 km daily.
