Bhatkal: As said earlier, the silver jubilee program of the taluka working journalist association is being celebrated throughout the year. During the Silver Jubilee, on 8th July the occasion of daily journalism, the district lawyers, and journalists a district level workshop to be held at Shree Naga Yaksha Darmart hall.

The Taluka Association president Radha Krishna Bhat and Secretary Bhaskar Naik announced the organization of workshop in a press release.

According to the press release, the workshop will be inaugurated by Supreme court’s chief judge and former Lokayukta Shree Santhosh Hegde. The program will be presided by the MLA of Bhatkal, Mankal Vaidya.

On this occasion, an introductory folder will be published for a souvenir by G U Bhat. The founder of Kazia Builders and Developers, Yonus Kazia will be the chief guest of the workshop. Other guests include the state president of the association N Raju, District President Subraya Bhat, Taluk president Radhakrishna Bhat and Shree Naga Yaksha Dharmat president Ramadas Prabhu.

During the workshop, social worker and former Vijaya Bank executive M R Naik and State award winning editor of Karavali Manjavu Hanumanth Keshav Prabhu will be honored.
