Bhatkal: A youth was arrested by the police here at Taluka Stadium near Nawayath Colony here on charges of supplying ganja on 27th September, Wednesday.
The arrested accused has been identified as Aslam Sattar (22 yrs), a native of Badgi taluk in Haveri district. However, he resides near Sharkooli pond at Jali in the taluk.
The police have seized around 75 grams ganja from the accused.
A case has been registered at Bhatkal rural police station and investigations are underway.
