Gokarna: Lifeguard staff rescued a Bengaluru-based tourist Shreyas Aras (24) while he was drowning in the Kudle Beach in Gokarna on Friday.

Shreyas, who visited the town with three of his friends ventured into the beach for swimming on Friday morning.

However, he started drowning after being hit by high tides. Lifeguard staff Nagendra Kurle and Pravasi Mitra Raghuveer Naik rescued him.
