Yellapur: The Yellapur Police have arrested a 50-year-old man for sexually harassing a six-year-old girl in Aratibail village of Yellapur taluk on Friday.

According to the police, Manjunath Nagya Siddi of the village allegedly took the girl on his twowheeler saying he will take her to a shop. When they reached a lonely place, he allegedly tried to sexually harass the girl.

The girl’s parents lodged a police complaint with Yellapur police station, and the police nabbed Siddi and booked him under POCSO act.
