Mangaluru: Weekly superfast special trains will be operated between Jabalpur and Coimbatore to clear the extra rush of passengers in the holiday season.

Accordingly, Train Number (No) 02198 Jabalpur-Coimbatore Weekly Superfast Special will leave Jabalpur at 11.00 hours on Saturdays October 5, 12, 19, and 26 and reach Coimbatore at 05.00 hrs on respective Mondays.

Train No 02197 Coimbatore-Jabalpur Weekly Superfast Special will leave Coimbatore at 19.00 hrs on Mondays on October 7, 14, 21 and 28 and reach Jabalpur at 12.45 hrs on respective Wednesdays. 

The composition of the trains includes AC 2-tier coach–1, AC 3-tier coaches–4, sleeper class coaches–11, unreserved coaches-4 and luggage-cum-brake vans–2 coaches.

The trains will stop at Narsinghpur, Gadarwara, Pipariya, Itarsi, Harda, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Manmad, Igatpuri, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Thivim, Madgaon, Karwar, Kumta, Mookambika Road, Byndoor, Kundapura, Udupi, Mulki, Mangaluru Jn, Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalassery, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Shoranur and Palakkad Jn.
