Udupi: Minister for Primary and Secondary Education S Suresh Kumar has ordered suspension of Uppunda Government Higher Urdu school SDMC president on the charges of violence against in-charge headmistress.

The accused Mohanchandra had allegedly physically attacked and issued life threat to victim Mamatha.

The minister asserting zero tolerance over such behaviour has instructed the subordinates to dismiss the accused from the post of SDMC president and to take stringent legal action against him.

The minister also directly spoke to the victim and assured her of justice. He also directed Superintendent of Police to take immediate action against the accused.
