Udupi: A rider and pillion were killed when a mini bus rammed a bike at Mullakatte Junction in Gangolli police station jurisdiction.

The deceased are rider Shadab, a resident of Jamiya Mohalla in Gangolli, and pillion Abdul Rahim, a resident of Byndoor.

The accident occurred when the mini bus in a bid to overtake a vehicle rammed the bike.

Shadab was a driver in a fish transporting vehicle while Abdul Rahim was a cook. They breathed their last on the way to a hospital.
