Udupi: Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Hephsiba Rani Korlpatti visited various polling booths along with the assistant commissioner and the revenue inspector in Kundapur recently.

She visited the polling booths in Byndoor, Hemmadi and Uppinakudru. She also had a glance of the availability of infrastructure in the polling booths.

She instructed the officials to take measures for the enrolment of officers and also to create awareness programmes on the importance of voting to woo young voters.
