Udupi: Udupi Deputy Commissioner G Jagadeesha warned of initiating legal action against those who pose a hindrance to the burial /cremation of Covid-19 victims in the district.

He said the victims are buried/cremated as per the direction of the government. People need not fear the spreading of Covid-19. No one should oppose the burial of the victim.

He said it is sad that people are opposing the burial of the victims in the district.
