Karwar: Sannidhi M Hegde, a student of Marikamba High School in Sirsi secured the first rank in the State in the SSLC examination result declared on Monday with 625 marks.

Aniruddh S Guttikar of Prashanti English Medium School in Siddapur bagged the second rank in the State with 624 marks.

Sanjay Dutta Nayak, a student of Koloba Vithoba Shanbhag Kalbhagkar High School in Kumta taluk topped the district in SSLC examination by scoring 623 marks of 625. 

Sanchana Arun, a student of Balbhavan English Medium School in Karwar secured the second position in the district with 622 marks. While, Shreshta Shankar Majalikar of St Joseph English Medium School, Karwar, Jayanth Rajendra Habbu of Dayanand Vidya Bharati English Medium School, Honnavar, and Karthik Sadanand Naik of Koloba Vithoba Shanbhag Kalabhagkar High School, Kumta secured the third position with 620 marks each.
