Sirsi: Karnataka SSLC results were announced today, and Uttara Kannada district has all reason to celebrate it as Sirsi girl student secured first rank for the state with cent percent results.

Sannidhi Hegde, a student of Marikamba high school, Sirsi scored 625 out of 625 to become the state topper for the year.

The Uttara Kannada has made its place in the tenth position. Chikkaballapur topped the charts as the most successful followed by Bengaluru rural on second position.

It should be noted that, like every year, girl students in Karnataka once again outshined boys.
