SSLC results 2019 announced: Kumta student tops in Karnataka with cent percent

Kumta: Karnataka SSLC results were announced today, and Uttara Kannada district has all reason to celebrate it as Kumta girl student secures first rank for the state with cent percent results, while another girl from Karwar secured fourth rank for the state.

Naganjali Naik, a student of CVSK high school, Kumta scored 625 out of 625 to become the state topper for the year, while Sneha Appa Kale of Karwar scored 620 out of 625 and managed to obtain fourth rank for the state.

Another girl from Bengaluru South, Srujana D, student of St. Phelomena English high school, Anekal, Bengaluru, also stood as the first for the state with scoring 625 out of 625. 

The Uttara Kannada has bagged 88.12% result and has made its place in the fourth. Hassan topped the charts as the most successful followed by Ramnagar on second position and Bengaluru rural on third position.

Naganjali is a daughter of retired Border Security Force (BSF) Jawan.

It should be noted that, like every year, Girls students in Karnataka once again outshined boys by managing pass percentage of 79.59% while the boys section lost the race by distance with 68.46%.
