Sirsi: A man who was harvesting arecanut by climbing on the tree died after falling from it accidentally at Kulave in Sirsi taluk on Friday.

The deceased was identified as Vishnu Naik (68). He fell from the tree while he was harvesting arecanut in the field of Manjunath Bhat. Sirsi Rural Police have registered a case.
