Mangaluru: Dharmasthala police arrested a youth for reportedly sexually assaulting a minor.

The arrested youth was identified as Akshath.

Akshath, on the pretext of marrying the girl, had sexually assaulted her. When the minor forced him to marry her after becoming pregnant, he had issued a threat to her.

A case has been registered, police added.
