Bhatkal: Rabita Society Bhatkal will organize their annual educational award function at Anjuman High School Ground Bhatkal on 11th August at 4:30 pm.
General secretary Bhatkal Muslim Khaleej Council (BMKC) Mr. Yunus Kazia said over phone that over 25 outstanding students from the Muslim institutions of Bhatkal will be honored for their achievements in the programme.
Briefing about Rabita Educational Award, Mr. Kazia said the flagship annual event of Rabita Society will be addressed by educationist, strategists and leaders from various field.
Rabita Society is a nonprofit NGO registered in Bhatkal since 1993 to unite the Bhatkal based NRIs in the Arabian Gulf Countries under one platform, he added.
He said, "Minister for Food and Public Distribution of Karnataka U T Khader will be the chief guest and HOD of Law department at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), member of All India Muslim Law Board Dr. Mohammed Shakeel Ahmed Samdani and MLA of Bhatkal Mankal S Vaidya will be the guest of honor.
The programme will be presided by BMKC President Zahid Ruknuddin.
He had requested all the people of Bhatkal to join the function and encourage thebrilliant students who have completed their respective courses and will continue in their journey towards studies.
