Puttur: A disgusting incident was reported here at Ayetur in Puttur, where a housewife received electric shock while disconnecting the grinder from power, as a result, died.

The deceased was identified as Sheeba (31), w/o Monish Abraham.

As per the sources, there was lightning and heavy rain outside during the incident. Observing the weather, the deceased housewife went on for disconnecting grinder with an intention of saving it from short circuit. When she tried to plug out the grinder, she was electrocuted. She was immediately taken to the nearby hospital, but sadly she breathed her last on the way.
