Kumta: A pregnant woman refused to do treatment at Kumta private hospital after she lost her five month old baby in her womb. According to sources, the pregnant lady was taken to a private hospital at midnight after she started experiencing pain. But she did not have enough money to deposit in the hospital. Allegedly due to the negligence of hospital doctor, she lost her baby and due to it the woman denied to do treatment.

While talking with media, the woman denied that she didn't have money to deposit in the hospital for her treatment, but said that she lost her baby, so now she doesn't want any more trouble. She also confirmed that the doctors in the hospital refused to provide the needed facilities and treatment.

She said that, “After losing the baby I refused to do the treatment at that hospital, but I have approached other hospital, where doctors confirmed that the baby was dead. The incident occurred on July 19, but came to light today, Saturday.
