Karwar: District In-charge Minister R V Deshpande has directed the concerned authorities to distribute forest land title deeds to beneficiaries within three months.

Addressing the Progress Review Meeting of Forest Right’s Act, at Kulagi, in Joida taluk, he said, the Deputy Commissioner is working sincerely in the implementation of act and the beneficiaries should take positive uses of title deeds.

The title deeds were distributed to 11 people including a women. Deputy Commissioner S S Nakul, Zilla Panchayat CEO L Chandrashekhar Nayak were present on the occasion.
