Bhatkal: Bhatkal sub-division DySP Valentine D’Souza has been transferred to Mangaluru IGP office while 2017 batch IPS officer Nikhil Bullavar took charge as the new ASP on Thursday.

Nikhil hails from Chitradurga District of Karnataka, while he served in Raichur during his Probation period.

Nikhil has completed his engineering at BMS College of Engineering at Bengaluru and he cleared his UPSC Exam in the 2nd attempt by securing 107th Rank.
