Sirsi: Probationary KAS officer Eshwar Ullagaddi took charge as the new assistant commissioner of Sirsi on Friday. 

Former Assistant Commissioner of Sirsi, K Raju Mogaveer transferred as in-charge director of Samagra Shikshan Abhiyaan, after which the post for Sirsi AC had fallen vacant.
