Mangaluru: The total tally of coronavirus positive cases in Dakshina Kannada rose to 4,811 with new 199 cases were reported for the infection on Sunday.

Out of the total positive cases, 2,217 patients have been discharged after treatment including 90 discharges today. Presently, 2,471 cases are active in the district.

Till date, 33,649 samples have been tested and 28,838 of this are found to be negative.
