Mangaluru: The Moodbidri Town Municipal Council has threatened to slap hefty fine on those found selling and buying single-use plastic covers in the municipality limits after November 30.

The Town Municipal Council executive officer, in a press release, urged the manufacturers and consumers to voluntarily stop buying or using single-use plastic covers.
