Mangaluru: Mobile forest squad of forest officials have busted a racket involved in trafficking of blackbuck skin and have arrested six persons.

The operation was conducted at Koppala district. Huge quantity of blackbuck skin has been seized from them Monday afternoon, forest officials said on Tuesday.

Those arrested are Tugleppa Mali (37), Sharanappa Amarappa Chavan (30), Mallayya Hiremutt (30), Shivaiah Hiremutt (34), Sangappa Kattimani (34) and Hanumantha Kattimani (35) from Hunasihala in Yalaburga taluk of Koppala district.
