Mangaluru: The district administration will initiate strict action against college principals and managements conducting classes in violation of government’s order, Deputy Director of PU Education warned on Thursday.

The DDPUE issued a circular following plaints from parents that colleges were conducting classes. “According to government orders, colleges should remain closed up to May 4. Even coaching classes are banned. The district administration will punish erring colleges under disaster management rules,” the press release said.
