Mangaluru: The CCB sleuths and Mangaluru East Police, acting on a tip-off, arrested 11 persons allegedly engaged in gambling inside a house at Bikarnakatte.

The arrested are Rajendra Haldar (41), Kanakappa Koti (40), Raghavendra (24), Umesh Ramappa Chowdappa (24), Lakshmappa (37), Rohan L alias Rangappa (24), Lakappa (26), Hanumanthappa (26), Bhaskar (54), Chidananda (25), Shivalingappa (30). The police seized Rs 90,000 cash, 10 mobile phones and cards. The total value of the seized properties was Rs 1,76,800. A case was registered at the Mangaluru east police station.
