Mangaluru: A day-long hunger strike was staged in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office here by Hindu Hitarakshana Samiti (HHS) demanding the arrest of the accused involved Sharath’s murder on 8th August, Tuesday.

Protests were also held by several right wing organisations in Sullia, Puttur, Bantwal, Moodbidri and other places in the district.
