Literary competition held at IAUHS in Bhatkal

Bhatkal: As a part of Annual social gathering, a Literary Competition for students of Islamia Anglo Urdu High School (IAUHS) was organised here at Usman Hasan Hall on Tuesday, 12th December 2019.

Cheif guest of the program, Imam & Khateeb of Jamia Masjid, Bhatkal, Maulana Abdul Aleem Khateebi Nadvi, addressing the students, threw a light on history of Anjuman Hami e Muslimeen. He termed 'Anjuman Hami e Muslimeen' as a mission and a future of students. He said that the prestigious organizations in the town including Jamia Islamia came into existence after Anjuman was found, and the founders of those organizations were graduates of Anjuman. "Anjuman Hami e Muslimeen is an organization which has a strong foundation of our elders, and we have the full responsibility of safeguarding this organization", he added. Before concluding his speech, he asked the students to obtain high level of Education, but by following the path of Islam.

The function was presided by Executive member of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Mr. Abdur Raheem Patel.

Additional Secretary Ishaque Shabandri, School Board Secretary Abdul Wajid Kola, Headmasters Shabbir Dafedar and Nazeer Ahmed were present.
