Karwar: A bike rider died on the spot after his vehicle collided with a bus near Arga on the NH66.

The deceased was identified as Naresh Kumar (32), an employee of the Indian Navy.

According to eyewitnesses, the bus was on its way to Karwar from Bengaluru, while Naresh Kumar was on his way to Arga. The collision caused the bike to go underneath the wheels of the bus, which belonged to Sea bird Tourists.

A case has been registered at the Karwar police station.
