Karwar: JDS is no longer a secular party, it has been a long time since it left secularism, when we were in JDS it was a secular party, now that party is no longer secular, stated former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
He was addressing to media persons after visiting flood-hit areas in Karwar on Monday. Further speaking, he said, the BJP people call themselves very polite, pretending that no one else has the same culture and manners as them. In fact, there is no one else as uncivilized as them. The BJP is a party of bribe takers, and their government is also corrupt. He asked why would they ask Yediyurappa to resign from the post of Chief Minister if he had not been a bribe taker? If the age requirement is being stated, then why were they still silent even when he was over 75 years old?, Siddaramaiah questioned.
