Honnavar: Excise Department staff arrested a man and seized illicit liquor kept secretly in cans in front of his house at Berolli village in Honnavar taluk.

The arrested has been identified as Mariyaan Francis Miranda of Berolli.

He had stored 115 litres of illicit liquor worth Rs 17,250 in three cans in the front yard of his house.
