Sirsi: In wake of heavy rain, a one-day holiday has been declared for schools and colleges in Sirsi sub-division including Sirsi, Siddapur and Yellapur taluks on Tuesday, informed Sirsi Assistant Commissioner Ishwar Ullagaddi.
