Mangaluru: A cricket betting case registered against Karunakar Bhandary, Uday Kumar and Raviraj in Mangaluru North police station during the ICC World Cup 2019 was quashed by the Karnataka High Court recently.

The Mangaluru CCB police and the Mangaluru South police, during the raid on alleged cricket betting, had seized cash Rs 51.73 lakh and mobile phones in June, 2019. The accused men had filed a petition in the court challenging the FIR.
