Haliyal: Seven people were injured when the bus they were travelling in turned turtle near Ajgaon village in Haliyal taluk on Friday.

The Vijaypur-Ankola bus which was passing through Haliyal route turned turtle when the driver tried to avoid a collision with a lorry coming from the opposite side.

The injured were admitted to Haliyal and Dandeli hospitals.
