Mangaluru: Customs officials at Mangalore International Airport seized 577.74 grams of gold from the possession of a passenger who arrived from Dubai by Air India flight IX 814. The 24-karat purity gold is worth Rs 22.24 lakh. The gold was in a paste form and was concealed in the crevice of the passenger’s body.
