Bhatkal: Rotary Club of Bhatkal will be organizing three days 'Badminton Tournament' here in Bhatkal from 29th March, Friday.

According to press release, the tournament will be played in doubles and is categorized in three divisions - Local, Open and Above 45. The local matches will be played on Friday, while 'Open' and 'Above 45' will be played on Saturday and Sunday. The champions in 'Open' and 'Above 45' category will be awarded with cash prize of 10,000 and 7,000 rupees along with attractive trophies respectively. While the Runner-up for the same will be given awarded with 7,000 and 5,000 rupees respectively. The matches, which will be played at Rotary badminton court near DD Relay Kendra, shall start from 9AM onwards.
