Bhatkal: To boost the self-advertisement into​ a unique way, Friends Gym of Bhatkal have announced a 'selfie contest-2017', which will he held until 31st July.

Addressing a press conference, the owner of Friends Gym, Venkatesh Naik said, "In this contest, there will be no age limit. Whoever wills can take part. There are certain terms and conditions which have made applicable to the participants. In which, firstly, the selfie shoot should be clicked in front of gym's main gate, where friends gym display board has been installed". 

"The second condition is that the selfie photo clicked through mobile is only considered. Photos from neither camera nor any other device except mobile phone are accepted. Only one photo from each is accepted. Photos can be clicked at any time in between 5 am to 10 pm. The winners of the contest will be awarded cash amount of Rs. 10,000 as first prize, Rs. 7000 as second and Rs. 5000 as third prize. Last day of the contest will be on 31st July", he further added.

Venkatesh Naik has asked the participants to send their selfie on WhatsApp number 9110489060. 

During the press meet, president of Bhatkal Venkatraman Temple MR Naik, Advocate Vaktar Goumsi, Socialist Nazeer Khasimji, Vinod Naik, Krishna Naik, Bhatkal Kannada sahitya president Gangadar Naik amongst others were present.
