Bhatkal: As the Commander Naval Base will hold combat and weapon training at Netrani island on September 19, fishing in any form has been prohibited from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm in 10 nautical mile radius around the island on that day, informed Udupi Coastal Security Force Superintendent of Police.
