Bhatkal: Dead body of a fisherman who was drowned in Arabian Sea on Monday was found today, Tuesday near Manki beach under Honnavar taluk, 30kms from here. He has been identified as Krishna Anappa Kharvi (28)

It may be recalled that a fishing boat with eight fishermen onboard capsized on Monday. The incident occurred when the boat was returning to shore after the fishing trip. One fisherman  drowned but remaining seven were rescued by the locals. The search was going on for missing fisherman who’s body was found today.

A case was registered in Manki police station.
