Speaking during the decennial celebrations of Department of Urology, Renal Transplant and Robotic Surgery at Yenepoya Medical College Hospital on Monday, he said doctors safeguard the health of an individual while the police safeguard the health of the society. Advanced technology in medical science has helped to diagnose the diseases at an early stage.

Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) Chancellor Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi said Department of Urology has advanced technologies to treat the patients.

Senior Urologists Dr P Venugopal and Dr E Sulaiman were felicitated on the occasion.
