Bhatkal: Around eight patients who were tested positive for Coronavirus, discharged from Karwar's KIMS hospital in Uttara Kannada district on Friday, which includes two from Yellapur, Mundgod and Honnavar, and one each from Joida and Dandeli.
According to sources, the patients who cured and discharged are 8-year-old boy and a 24-year-old youth from Mundgod, A 16-year-old girl and a 46-year-old man from Yellapur, A 34-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man from Honnavar, 31-year-old woman of Joida and 24-year-old youth of Dandeli. All these discharged on Friday were admitted to the hospital between May 18 and May 20.
Thus, out of the total 89 Corona-infected people from Uttara Kannada district, 55 people have recovered and discharged from the hospital so far, and 34 people are undergoing treatment and are in good health at KIMS hospital, Karwar.
