Corona lockdown: Bhatkal Jamatul Muslimeen waives two months rent of shops, houses, offices

Bhatkal: In view of the long Coronavirus lockdown, the Bhatkal Jamatul Muslimeen has announced a two-month rent waiver for shops, houses and offices owned by it.

Speaking with SahilOnline, General Secretary of Jamatul Muslimeen Bhatkal, Moulvi Talha Ruknaddin Nadvi, told, it was discussed in the meeting of Jamatul Muslimeen, that due to the lockdown imposed across the nation to curb the spread of Coronavirus, citizens had to face a lot of problems, in view of which it was decided that the tenants of shops and houses including those in Jamaat complex should be given relief by waiving two months rent of April and May.

In a meeting, which was attended by more than 50 executive members, chaired by Jamatul Muslimeen President Jan Abdur Rahman Mohtesham, the citizens of Bhatkal, including the Qazis, Majlise Islah Wa Tanzeem and the District administration were praised for their support and cooperation in bringing control in Corona cases in the Bhatkal.
