Passengers were left stranded after the staff of private buses, plying between Mangaluru and Talapady, staged a protest in Talapady, demanding the release of a private bus driver.
The staff accused Traffic ASI Albert Lasrado of using foul language and for detaining a bus driver who was intercepted for rash driving.
